Buying a dog in Buenos Aires?

Buying a dog in Buenos Aires?
Be warned: this is a long question. i am a 14 yr old responsible rich girl. and ive always always wanted a dog. see its summer and i have like 3 months to stay in my real house in Buenos Aires. but i also live in NJ for the school yr. and life has been pretty great. Ive ALWAYS wanted a dog. animals are my life. i am currently in buenos aires and i have a big house with a garden. we r rich and have the money to buy a million dogs. i am going to buy a yorkie soon but i am having second thoughts. My dad is a diplomat and he works in buenos Aires. my mom lives here too. but after summer me and my bro go to school in new jersey then come back after the end of a school year. this is how it has been going for 2 years. my dad has like 3 more years to stay in buenos aires. so i decided to go searchign for a dog. i found one and i am going to buy it like in a week or less. the thing is i cant take it to NJ. so its gonna be here with my dad and mom. also when my dad is done with his assignment in buenos aires he and my mom will leave to another country and he really doesnt want to take the dog along because its hard to travel with a dog across continents. we all love animals in my family but i know im been unrealistic. my dad said he will get the dog when i find one. bt i know he is just sayign this to make me happy. my brother is liek what happns when we go? are we gonnna abandon it? i am cryign right now. i dont know what to do! i want a dog but i cant bear to actually give it away in the end. because thatd be soo mean. id rather let another family buy the dog and keep it till its time than actually get one and neglect it. help! am so confused. i have all the necessities for a dog and im responsible..

seriously? obviously you can't bring your dog to whatever prestigious boarding school you attend so you are better off waiting until your fabulously wealthy self has graduated from high school and you have your own place.
