What is America like?
We are moving to America! To some state called California. I'm so excited! My parents have finally gotton the citizenship things taken care of after like 5 or 6 years but I can't wait. I live in Argentina, but my family wants to move to America to start over. I have heard all about America. Does it really have all these different kinds of foods and people can say what they want and when they want? Although I can't wait, I have also heard that America is somewhat violent and a lot of the people are stuck up or not as friendly. A lot of my friends say Americans care about no one but themselves. I don't care though. I just can't wait to move there and see the country and meet the people and finally get to try some of that food! So if any of you live in America, what's it like? What are the schools like? Are people really as rich as everyone says they are? Is it easy to make money there? Do you like living there?

Make sure you get health insurance! Good luck to you in America, I wish you and your family the best but it is beyond extremely important you find health insurance. I don't live in America, family does though, they are happy, not rich but have done well. All i can say is good luck and find health insurance asap!

Believe me pal do not make any perception about anyone or anyplace otherwise you will do the mistake of judging people before even knowing them. You can find good people anywhere. Because goodness is everywhere; you just have to search for it. Wait until you can answer this entire question by yourself. It's not like TV. I can't tell you how many foreigners think we all look like Baywatch and drive Mercedes. It's not true. A large percentage of us don't even have basic health care. The water is safe to drink though. But it's hard to summarize in a brief answer what America is like. The country is massive and the people are diverse. From what I hear from foreigners is that they do overall find us to be very friendly and helpful people. It's all that collective retail experience I think =)

Wow... that's a lot to cover. America can be a great place to live. I don't know much about where you live and how its different. California is on the west side of America. People can say what they want when they want to say it but you sort of should be careful about that. I mean you can cuss someone out on the street but if they have a gun.... just be careful. There are many stuck up people but there are also a lot of friendly people as well. School can be good or really bad depending on the school. There are normally like 25 or 30 people in a class. I like living here. We have our problems but overall, its a good place to live. Some people are quite rich. But others live on the streets. Fashion wise, a lot of people wear jeans and t-shirts or polo shirts. Well, maybe you should start by learning geography :) Because you are already living in America. Maybe it is excusable by lack of knowledge from us citizens who are not aware that there is 35 countries in America, or understandable from a few us citizens who just don´t care about respecting millions of other peoples living in these countries. And that is one major thing that you might find in USA, lack of respect coming from lots of people who see immigrants as some kind of lower-life human being... Fortunately, there is more of them who are warm and welcoming, but either way, you will have to deal with racism comming from a few stateans (or us citizens). I personally enjoy going to the united states, but for pleasure only. I am from a rich country, (of course not as rich as the United States) Canada, and I feel that I would not be able to have the same quality of life in the Usa. Why ? - Crime rates are high - Justice system is a total disaster - I would not want to be part of a country who practice torture - I would not want to be part of a society where death penalty still exist. - Disparity between riches and poors are EXTREME ( you can live in worst conditions then your coutry, since communities are not as strong as third world country). - Lot of racism (need proofs ? Read some answers to your question (ex. STAY HOME that received more thumbs up then thumbs down ! ) That said, on the part of it´s citizens, I can not judge overall ! You will encounter many great people, and lots of great adventures and experiences.

Should Mexico play without "europeos" in el hexagonal?
Sorry for typing alot ;-) Well, I heard this on futbol picante, honestly i believe a stupid suggestion by a stupid reporter. Newho, should Mexico play with out the players in Europe in official games for el hexagonal? What some people are arguing is that, there isnt enough playing time together because of the lack of practice games together. an example: there is a qualifying game on a certain day, a european player like Marquez, dosent get to Mexico till two/three days before the actual game. Is that enough time for him to adapt to the team, as a team? (of course Marquez is a bad example since he always plays good) making this suggestion since now Mexico has about 11/12 mexican players in europe. Should Sven Erickson just forget about the european players and just play with players here in Mexico? argument being that the problem with el tri is the lack of playing as a TEAM, saying that there is no chemestry because of the lack of playing time together. Also knowing that freindlies are always in the US and european players are never called. What should be done in my opinion, is that freindlies should be played in Europe, were the European players are....dosent that make sense?!?! instead of flying 8-9 players to the US (for a freindly) why not fly 3-4 players from Mexico to europe and have freindlies out there in Europe...to me makes more sense if we want el tri to have more chemestry together...even though we all know that freindlies arnt to improve the seleccion but to make money from the packed stadiums in the US. I mean teams like Argentina, Brazil, and even Paraguay play in europe for all the right reasons, even the US is doing it!!!! c'mon FMF Opinions on all this??????????

my opinion is that we used to play a heck of a lot better when most of our players were Mexico-club based like in 2005 in the confeds when we were outplaying argentina and we only had ONE european player who was Marquez but like you said he's always good.

Its all those faggots at the top of the FMF that are screwing things up, instead of having Friendlies in Europe, they have them in USA to get MONEY, but our europeans cannot go, so when it comes to a WCQ match for example, they play like crap. Superliga Interliga is crap, its about making money in the USA, the Mexican clubs do not gain Benefits, just injuries. its a win win for the USA, they make money and, while Mexico is playing in the USA with 4th string that will never be used, USA is playing with full squad in europe and gaining experience. Strange coincidence that US economy is falling to the great recession ever recorded since the 1930s.Before he get elected many many people predicted this outcome but he successfully convince American voter to elect him. Why nobody try to stop his stupid decisions, his war spending that only profit a few.Now America is in debt for China, a country that United states use to help with food during famines.Every countries that Hollywood use to make fun of are now better economically. Putin's Russia is building supermarket in Siberia. They have an increasing middle class with a lot of money because of the climbing oil price.Mexican economy is expending with Argentina, Brazil.Even African countries making more money because of oil price and increase metal value.The Bush Era begin with repression of Hispanics, Dysneyification of New-york to make it look like a small city in Arkansas.Hispanics with their surviving skills were the biggest consumers who drive the economy. Mexican flooded U.S frontier since Reagan my friend.Nafta was started by Bush father, by the way.Clinton only replace Bush father to ratify Nafta treaty. If I connect to a wifi network overseas, does it still count as data roaming?
If I connect to a wifi network overseas, does it still count as data roaming?
I'm going on a trip to Argentina and Uruguay and I wanted to use my iPhone's internet (it's the first generation if that makes a difference). I know that data costs money overseas and can easily cost a lot of money if used often, but if I use the wifi connection, will it still cost me to use the internet?

Interesting information! Noam Chomsky is not the first left-wing wacko to be on the payroll of our enemies. A while back there was a "journalist" named I. F. Stone whom many liberals took seriously. His columns shamelessly defended every communist dictatorship around the world, and never had anything good to say about our own government. This is just sad just because they dont want to spend too much money in big teams like England,Germany,Italy,Portugal,Brazil,Argentina etc its about making a big profit not quality in teams Mexico plays against I do think they are going to play against Holland but its still pitiful

They cant play against teams that are more popular then mexico because then there would be a conflict of sponshorships and tv rights for example a mexico VS England in mexico Televisa would air the game in England their largest TV network would broadcast it but mexicos largest market is in the US. thats were the problem is in the US who would broadcast the Game Mexico would probably want Univision or Telemundo, but England wold probably ask for GoalTv or Sparta or even a PPV chanel. Thats why all the games that La Torre promised wont happen

Well its not official yet, Nestor De La Torre will come out with the complete schedule next week. We are playing Uruguay in the World Cup and playing two teams from the south american region is not a bad idea. By the way its preety hard by now to get good teams to play against, most teams are already playing someone else this is why we are stuck with these teams but rest assured that we will play Germany since Germany has a contract with Addidas same as Mexico.

In my english class we are doing talk here is mine so far I’m doing my talk on Lionel Messi because he shows even if you have a problem or something wrong you can still achieve your goal. Lionel Messi was born on the 24th of June 1987. He had a growing problem and his local team wanted to get treatment for it but they didn’t have the money and released him because they though he would get far. So he and his family were looking for a team in Argentina that had enough money to pay for the operation. No one did until Barcelona came and said they will pay for Messi and his parents to fly to spain and get the operation done, and that happened. They doctors in spain predicted he would stop growing at four feet seven inches but after the operation he sprouted up to five feet seven inches. So he went on to play for Barcelona B he scored 6 goals in 22 appearances then in 2005 he moved up to the first team of Barcelona and he scorred 119 goals in 177 appearances. He has won 63 individual awards including Fifa Player of the year in 2010 and 2009 What can i do to get a higher level it might sound silly but i want a 6A please can you tell me what to add change and do better and do well in talk

try to add more details and periods. say it out loud(to yourself or someone else) and see if their are any run-on sentences. When you change paragraphs, try to put sentences in-between to make it not jump from different things he did. tell more about him and also tell things like what exactly awards did he win.
