God willing I'll make some good money off of these deals." When asked if he expects to win the cup with this squad Maradona replied "I have no intention of doing that, I'm just in it to make some money". Yes he's definitely trying to make a statement by selecting South American based players but Messi, Kun, Milito (both), Tevez and lots of others play in Europe.
